In the case of a referral, the following information must be included to facilitate the processing of the referral;

Referrer's full name (dentist, doctor, or other professional) Reason why you are being referred to us

It should be noted that the first appointment is always an inspection.

During that examination, the condition of the teeth and oral cavity is assessed, and subsequently it is decided if and when further treatment is needed, or the next examination.
